Hi, I’m Alex Krasovsky -

A Certified Health Coach, Nutritionist, Food Scientist, Food Engineer, and founder of Alex Krasovsky Wellness.

I help women and busy professionals reset digestion, rebuild energy, reduce cravings, and feel more in control of their food choices without extreme dieting, calorie obsession, or starting over every Monday.

My work is personal because I know what it feels like to struggle with your own body.

Years ago, I was pre-diabetic. I had sugar cravings, low energy, heavy digestion, and that uncomfortable feeling of knowing “what to do” but still not feeling well in my own body.

I had studied food. I understood ingredients. I knew the science. But I learned something important:

Information alone does not create transformation. Your body needs structure, support, rhythm, and a realistic plan you can actually live with.

That experience changed the way I look at food, digestion, cravings, and long-term wellness. It also became the foundation of my work as a nutrition coach and holistic wellness practitioner.

Before creating Alex Krasovsky Wellness, I spent more than 25 years working with food — studying it, developing recipes, understanding ingredients, and seeing how food choices affect energy, digestion, cravings, and everyday quality of life.

Why I Started Alex Krasovsky Wellness

I started this work because I saw how many people were trying to “fix” their bodies with more restriction.

Eat less. Cut carbs. Count every calorie. Add more protein. Follow another cleanse. Start another diet.

But many women still feel bloated, tired, inflamed, stuck with cravings, or disconnected from their bodies.

My approach is different.

Instead of pushing your body harder, we look at what your body may be asking for: better digestion support, stable meals, simple routines, realistic structure, and food choices that help you feel lighter and more steady.

This is also why I created Flèche Healthy Treats — sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free desserts made for people who still want pleasure, but do not want to sacrifice their health goals.
