This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, credits, transfers, missed appointments, digital materials, and payment plans are handled when you purchase a consultation, coaching session, digital product, group program, 1:1 program, detox program, gut health program, hormone balance program, anti-parasite program, or any other service from Alex Krasovsky Wellness.

1. General Refund Policy
Unless a different refund policy is clearly stated on the sales page, checkout page, written agreement, invoice, email, or program description, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to coaching, program materials, digital content, consultation time, group support, private support, community access, recordings, downloads, meal plans, guides, recipes, or other resources has been provided.
Because many of our services include digital materials, coaching access, preparation time, limited availability, personalized support, educational content, and reserved session time, refunds are not guaranteed.
We may offer a refund, partial refund, credit, transfer, or other accommodation at our sole discretion.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local law.
2. Coaching Services and Consultations
Paid consultations, coaching sessions, private sessions, and program calls are non-refundable once the session has occurred, the time has been reserved, or preparation work has begun.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, miss your appointment, arrive late, or do not attend, the session may be considered used and may not be refunded or rescheduled.
Alex Krasovsky Wellness may reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to provide a paid session and cannot reasonably reschedule it, we may offer a refund, credit, or replacement session.
3. Free Consultations
Free consultations are offered at no cost and do not create any refund obligation.
If you miss a free consultation or cancel without notice, we reserve the right to decline future free consultation requests.
4. Digital Products and Program Materials
Digital products and program materials may include PDFs, guides, videos, recipes, cook books, grocery lists, educational modules, worksheets, recordings, downloads, templates, private links, group materials, and other online resources.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, downloaded, viewed, emailed, or made available to you.
This applies even if you do not open, download, watch, complete, or use the materials.
5. Group Programs
Group programs may include live sessions, recorded lessons, chat support, educational materials, cook books, recipes, worksheets, community access, and other program resources.
Unless a different refund policy is clearly stated for a specific program, group program purchases are final and non-refundable once the program has started, group access has been provided, digital materials have been released, or support has begun.
If you choose not to attend live calls, participate in the group, complete the lessons, follow the program, or use the materials, you are not entitled to a refund.
6. 1:1 Programs
1:1 programs may include private coaching, preparation time, personalized education, program materials, messaging support, session planning, cooking guidance, progress review, and other individualized support.
Because 1:1 coaching requires reserved time and preparation, 1:1 program purchases are final and non-refundable once the program begins, intake review begins, materials are provided, or coaching support has started.
If you stop participating, do not complete the program, miss sessions, or decide not to continue, you are still responsible for the full program fee unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
7. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program price according to the payment schedule provided at checkout, on the invoice, in the written agreement, or in the program description.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled simply because you stop participating.
By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price unless a different written agreement applies or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a payment fails, we may pause or remove access to coaching, program materials, group support, digital content, bonuses, or community features until the payment is resolved.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in collection efforts as allowed by law.
8. Subscriptions or Recurring Payments
If Alex Krasovsky Wellness offers a subscription, membership, recurring payment, or ongoing support plan, the cancellation terms will be provided on the sales page, checkout page, written agreement, or subscription description.
You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.
Unless required by law or stated in a specific offer, we do not provide refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
9. Special Promotions, Discounts, and Limited-Time Offers
Promotional offers, discounts, bonuses, early-bird pricing, seasonal offers, limited-time offers, beta programs, and special pricing may have separate refund or cancellation terms.

Technical difficulties, failure to open emails, failure to download materials, failure to attend live sessions, or failure to use program resources do not automatically qualify for a refund.
12. Failure to Use the Program or Services
Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind, did not complete the program, did not follow the recommendations, did not attend sessions, did not participate in group support, did not use the materials, or did not achieve your desired result.
Wellness results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your health history, consistency, lifestyle, food choices, sleep, stress, medications, medical conditions, and personal effort.
Alex Krasovsky Wellness does not guarantee specific results.
13. Scope of Practice and Medical Reasons
Alex Krasovsky Wellness provides wellness coaching and educational services only. We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, therapy, prescription services, or emergency care.
You are responsible for consulting your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any nutrition, detox, supplement, fasting, weight loss, or wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, have a history of eating disorders, or are under medical supervision.
Medical issues, changes in health, or advice from your healthcare provider do not automatically qualify for a refund after access to coaching, services, digital materials, or program support has been provided. However, we may consider a credit, pause, transfer, or partial accommodation at our discretion.
14. Cancellations by Alex Krasovsky Wellness
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any consultation, program, service, or digital offering.
If we cancel a paid service before any access, materials, coaching, support, or preparation has been provided, we may offer a refund, credit, or transfer.
If we cancel after partial service has been provided, we may offer a prorated refund, credit, transfer, replacement service, or other reasonable resolution at our discretion.
15. Removal for Misconduct
We reserve the right to remove a client or participant from a program, group, chat, community, or service for inappropriate conduct, harassment, abusive behavior, non-payment, violation of our Terms & Conditions, misuse of materials, or behavior that disrupts the experience of others.
Removal for misconduct does not guarantee a refund.
