11. Booking, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
When you book a consultation or coaching session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time.

If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may treat the session as used or forfeited, especially for paid sessions or limited program sessions.
