Ginger soda

This homemade ginger soda is refreshing, spicy, and much cleaner than regular soda. It has fresh ginger, lemon, sparkling water, and just enough natural flavor to feel special without being overloaded with sugar.

It’s a great drink when you want something fun, cooling, and simple.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sparkling water

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice or grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice

  • Ice

  • Optional: mint leaves

  • Optional: a few drops of stevia or monk fruit if you want it sweeter


Instructions

  1. Add ginger and lemon juice to a glass.

  2. Add ice.

  3. Pour sparkling water on top.

  4. Stir gently.

  5. Garnish with mint if desired.
