Golden milk
Golden milk is a warm, comforting turmeric drink made with simple spices and milk of your choice. It’s creamy, cozy, and perfect for evenings, cold days, or slow mornings.
This recipe is naturally caffeine-free and can be made dairy-free.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or milk of choice
½ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger powder or fresh grated ginger
Pinch of black pepper
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: stevia, monk fruit, or a small amount of honey
Instructions
Add milk to a small saucepan.
Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and vanilla.
Warm over low heat for 3–5 minutes. Do not boil.
Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a mug and serve warm.

Black pepper helps balance the turmeric flavor and makes the drink warmer and more complex. Use unsweetened milk to keep it lower in sugar.
